Dr. Quinn received his Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training (sports-specific rehabilitation) from Dominican College, NY in 2001. Dr. Quinn continued his education at Dominican College, receiving his Masters of Science in Physical Therapy. In 2008, Dr. Quinn graduated with his Clinical Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Shenandoah University, VA. He has had extensive training and experience in treating patients throughout their lifespan, from babies 5 weeks old to patients 95 years old. Dr. Quinn worked with pediatrics both in the school setting and outpatient setting at Inspire the CP Center in Goshen, NY. As a treating Physical Therapist, Dr. Quinn worked closely with a dynamic team of Physicians, Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Physical Therapists while performing CORE Examinations through Early Intervention, CPSE, and CSE programs throughout Orange and Ulster County. While at Inspire, he also treated patients who had experienced athletic and orthopedic injuries. Dr. Quinn was also responsible for the rehabilitation and treatment of patients with Traumatic Brain Injuries, Spinal Cord Injuries, and other varying neurological pathologies, both in an aquatic setting and in the clinical setting.

Wishing to return to his love of sports rehabilitation and orthopedic treatment setting, Dr. Quinn relocated to Poughkeepsie, NY, and became the Clinical Director for Moriarty Physical Therapy. While at Moriarty Physical Therapy, he has continued to utilize his training in advanced manual techniques, functional training, and sports-specific rehabilitation for both semi-professional athletes and everyday weekend warriors. Dr. Quinn works closely with Physicians and Surgeons from Hospital for Special Surgery, Columbia Presbyterian, and Hospital for Bone and Joint Disease. He is heavily involved in the local community programs, working with students in the Youth Leadership Program. Dr. Quinn is the Chair of the Health and Wellness Committee of the Dutchess County Chamber of Commerce, where he has helped develop programs for the community to promote healthy living across the lifespan. With the Health and Wellness Committee, he was successful in developing one of the largest Learn-to-Run programs in the region.

Dr. Quinn also sits on the Board of Directors for the Physical Therapy Doctorate Program at Marist College. He is a Clinical Instructor for multiple Doctorate Programs and Athletic Training Programs throughout the Tri-state area, including NYU, New York Medical College, and Marist College. Dr. Quinn was a recipient of the 40 under 40 Movers and Shakers Award from the Dutchess Regional Chamber of Commerce. This award is given to young professionals who have demonstrated leadership skills and worked within the community above and beyond their peers.

In his personal life, Dr. Quinn loves to exercise and weight train, both independently and at Cross-Fit. He was a competitive swimmer and swim Coach through ESSL and US Swimming with his father and siblings for many years. He also received his black belt in Goshin-Ryu Karate as a young adult and has continued to utilize the philosophy of strength and discipline in all aspects of his life. Dr. Quinn is a tremendous fan of movies, media, and anything Star Wars. He enjoys watching the New York Giants and the Yankees (when they are winning) and loves watching his kids play soccer. When Dr. Quinn isn’t dressing up in numerous costumes to entertain his patients and friends, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Dr. Moriarty, kids, and dog at the pool, or on vacation.
