1: Find the root cause of your pain.

7: Get out there and be active.

8: Make healthy changes to your diet.
Avoid salty foods, eliminate red meat and don’t use sugar whenever possible. Eat more vegetables, fish, fruits and take anti-inflammatory supplements such as fish oil, ginger and zinc.
